As these events are held at external venues, full payment prior to the event is required in order to reserve your place(s). As such, cancellations of 14 or less days prior to the event will not be refunded or able to be credited to another event, as full payment to the venue will have been paid.
Please note there are no refunds or exchanges, except in the case where if the minimum number of attendees is not reached and the seminar therefore cannot proceed due to low attendance, you will receive a full refund on your ticket price.
